An agency account is a completely separate workspace inside BizStackPro that you can dedicate to a specific client or brand. It keeps all campaigns, assets, and reporting 100% separate from your other clients.
Multiple agency accounts help you stay organized, prevent campaigns from overlapping, and make reporting cleaner. Each client’s data, assets, and settings are isolated so you can work more efficiently.
Yes. You will pay $50 per month for each agency account. There will also be a "wallet" associated with the account. The wallet can be your credit card and you rebill for the additional charges associated with the account (email, SMS, phone charges, etc.) or or your client's credit card and automatically have any resulting charges be deducted from their wallet balance. The typical wallet balance is $10.
You can then bill/invoice your client according to the services you are providing.
The only additional charges you may receive are the standard charges resulting from our rebilled services. These charges include email (incoming/outgoing), SMS, domain purchase, AI usage, etc. To see rebilling charges, please review the standard Terms of Use "rebilling chart" to understand our wallet and rebilling system.
Yes! If there is a need for them to log into the account and assist you with specific information or tasks, you can give them full access or limited access. This can be setup in the settings area of the account in the "My Staff" menu item.
While we believe that giving them access is a great option, please remember that you are an agency and we encourage you to limit access unless it is essential. YOU should be providing a service that allows you to get paid for that service. The more tasks or access you give the client, the less you will be able to charge them for your services.
Yes! When your agency account is added using your original BizStackPro email, you will see the account added to your "switcher" and you can quickly hop back and forth between all of the agency accounts your agency owns.
Yes! Each agency account is $50 per month. Once you get 10 subaccounts at $500 per month, you will have access to get UNLIMITED subaccounts for your agency for the monthly cost of $500 per month.
Yes. It is the exact same account configuration as your personal account. You will have access to the same tools, features, and bonuses. As an agency account, you will be able to build for your client as if you were building in your own account, but able to keep the business information and resources separate.
Yes. You can upgrade to unlimited whenever you want — even if you haven’t hit 10 agency accounts yet.
Agency: YOU provide a service to the client. You pay BizStackPro $50 per month and then bill your client for your services. This option is best if you ware going to be providing a service to your client. As an agency, you retain access to the account and rarely, if ever, does the client login or perform any tasks in the account. You provide a service to your client and they only see the results of what you create for them. BizStackPro does not contact or work with your client.
Affiliate: The client becomes a BizStackPro member and they have their own personal account and are the "owner" of the account. You will get a commission based on their monthly payment to BizStackPro. We bill them and you earn the commission. This option is best if you have a client that wants to learn how to do their digital marketing themselves or if they have a desire to experiment with other business models and options. In this scenario, you can allow BizStackPro to onboard them and give them the same training and resources that you get with your personal account, but you have no responsibility to support them or bill them for the account.
If your client decides that they want to have their own account, we are able to convert it to a personal account and add them as YOUR affiliate at your request. The conversion will result in you no longer being billed for the account, the client will pay the full amount for the account, and the client will be placed as a subaffiliate under you so you can earn commission as long as you are an active member of BizStackPro.
That agency account's campaigns, assets, and data will be removed. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before cancellation.
The refund period for a agency account is 10 days. A request for a refund must be submitted through our support system within 10 days of purchasing the account.
