REBILLING OF SERVICES

As a member, there will be specific services that are not unlimited. The rebilled services are listed in the following section including the service, the cost to the member if they are used, and any notes on that service. You will be able to keep a balance in your "wallet" (minimum of $10) and each time you use these services, the amount listed in the table below will be deducted from your wallet.

Phone System

Usage fees for call minutes, texts, and phone numbers.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: To purchase a phone number in the US, a regular phone number is approximately $1.72 per month and a toll free number is approximately $3.22 per month. Phone number costs in different countries may have a different price. Please review the information carefully before purchasing.

Email

Rebill costs for inbound/outbound marketing and transactional emails.

Lead Connector Email Verification

Charges for verifying email addresses to improve deliverability.

Workflow Premium Features

Usage fees for premium workflow tools and automations.

Domain Purchase

Annual or cost for buying a domain through BizStackPro. You will have the ability to also TRANSFER IN domains.

Funnel AI

AI-assisted funnel creation, optimization, and content generation.

Content AI

AI tools for generating emails, website content, posts, blogs, ads, and marketing content.

Rates may differ as per the LLM selected & tokens consumed. Calculations shown as per Open AI GPT-4.1 rates for 6,500 tokens consumed.

WhatsApp Usage

Agent Studio

Smart AI agents that automate tasks, conversations, and business processes.

NOTE: This is a special tool for elevated accounts only and must be requested and approved.

WALLET

The wallet works like a prepaid phone card. You will deposit an amount that can be used for the above rebilled items. For example, if you have $10 loaded to your wallet and you send an SMS text message that costs 10 cents, your wallet will be reduced by 10 cents leaving you $9.90 cents. You can choose to automatically recharge your wallet by setting the level it rechards and the dollar amount it will recharge when the wallet gets below that level. Your wallet will use your default payment method for any resulting automated recharges based on your settings. The default settings are when the wallet gets below $0, there will be a $10 recharge to the wallet. To review your wallet, go to "Settings", then "Billing" and click on the "Wallet & Transactions" tab.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

You can cancel your account at any time. To cancel, go to "Settings", "Billing" and on the "Subscriptions" tab, choose, "Want to Modify/Cancel Your Subscription?", select "Cancel Plan" and follow the instructions.

Automatic cancellation of your account will occur after a failed payment. The system will attempt to rebill for the subscription for 4 additional attempts over one week. If it fails after all five attempts, the subscription will be cancelled and the BizStackPro account will be paused until the payment is successful. During the period where the account is paused, the member will not be able to access any features of the account except to update the billing method.

Once an account has been inactive for 3 months, the account will deleted permanently.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

We use information kept about you in the following ways:

To ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so.

To notify you about changes to our service.

CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their profile and going to the “Account Info” page.

CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

You have the right to request to have your data transferred to another agency to manage your account. We are able to tranfer the core information and data from our High Level integration only. Transfers will incur a one-time fee of $297 before the transfer is completed.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. However, we advise that you check this page regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

YOUR CONSENT

By using our website, you indicate that you agree to our privacy policy and that you agree to abide by it. If you do not agree to our privacy policy, please refrain from using our website.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued within the first 30 days of joining BizStackPro and making the first payment. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. You can request a refund by contacting support. The refund request must be dated within the first 30 days of your first payment of a BizStackPro plan. Any remaining balance in the wallet will be not be refunded.
